Objectives:

1. To provide accessible educational opportunities though courses designed to meet the students’ needs and the community.
2. To provide a faculty dedicated to teaching excellence and the concept that interaction between student and instructor is of foremost importance.
3. To provide services in career transfer and continuing education areas, as needs arise.
4. To seek and to instill in each student the ability to think clearly and critically, and assess and reconcile the concerns he faces.
5. To provide counseling and academic advice and various others needs to assist the student in developing a healthful self-concept and in becoming a full functioning individual.
6. To provide social, cultural and recreational opportunities, and to make the facilities and services of the College available to the entire community 
7. To seize every opportunity through courses, services, counseling and activities to help every student development a guiding set of personal values standards and behavioral criteria.
8. To develop an appreciation of the social forces that comes into play in the historical and cultural milieu and of one’s role as a productive citizen and as an agent.
9. To develop a climate encourage the continuous examination, improvement and implementation of College programs and services together with the instructional processes and practices designed to further them.
10. To promote in every way possible atmosphere of cooperation, partnership and trust among the faculty, students, administration, and Board of Trustees in implementing the Philosophy, Mission and Objective of the College.
